- Activities and Visitor Log. The Herbarium maintains an activity and visitor log to document the use of our facilities. This log is used to generate reports for the Florida Museum, the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, grant proposals and questionnaires. Please help us by providing the titles of projects for which you use the library and collection either via email or by jotting this down in our log book. Please make an appointment with Herbarium staff for all new collection visitors.

- Herbarium Library – a non-circulating reference library with a focus on plant florisitics (floras) and systematics. The online searchable catalog contains over 10,000 entries. This is only a portion of our holdings (e.g., most of the bryophyte and lichen publications are not yet in the catalog). A search for our newest enties is available on the search page.

This document provides a good-faith estimate for specimen processing and storage costs. These estimates are subject to reevaluation, so be sure to contact our collections staff before finalizing your proposal’s budget.
