To create labels in Symbiota portals, one must have an account associated with a collection.
1. Login to your Symbiota portal, and click on ‘My Profile’, then ‘Occurrence Management’, then select your associated collection under ‘Collection Management’.
2. Under ‘Data Editor Control Panel’, click on ‘Add New Occurrence Record’ to enter data for a new collection.
3. Once the data are entered, under ‘Data Editor Control Panel’, select ‘Print Specimen Labels’ to print your labels.
