Body has a whiteish slip covered in a clear lead glaze, resulting in a light yellow color.
|Biot Jars were produced during the first half of the 18th century in the Biot region of southern France. The jars were barrel-shaped, approximately four feet tall, and were used as storage containers for both dry and wet goods.
