Paste is orange to light orange with heavy sand tempering most common

Off-white to cream background enamel

Design motif is most commonly zoomorphic, consisting of a bird painted in the central medallion of the vessel

Bird designs are painted in either blue or green highlighted with black or dark brown

Comentarios: This is an undescribed variety identified by Florence and Robert Lister, thought to have been produced in Mexico City because of its paste and background enamel characteristics. The chronological position is currently undetermined, although stylistically it appears contemporary to the San Elizario Polychrome majolica produced in Puebla.
