Description
Did you know that first-generation college students are less likely to pursue a master’s degree than their non-first-gen peers? We know that first-gen students are capable and passionate about pursuing secondary degrees. So, we have gathered a panel of first-generation graduates who have earned either a master’s or doctoral degree, or both, to share their experiences on the topic. We will have discussions that will help you explore whether or not graduate school may be a good option for you, how to choose a program that meets your needs, and how to navigate the process of applying and preparing for different programs. This panel is for all first-gen students who have thought about attending graduate school but are not sure what that would even entail.
