Her peer-reviewed publications — spanning studies on distance learning, family science experiences, museum educator self-efficacy, and scientist-teacher partnerships — shine a spotlight on innovative strategies museum educators can use to broaden STEM participation.
Under her leadership, TESI has flourished: anchor programs like Scientist in Every Florida School and Environmental Leaders Programs reflect her passion for building meaningful science connections in K–12 and undergraduate learners.
Megan’s work with the National Network for Ocean and Climate Change Interpretation has also shaped how museums nationwide communicate climate science in accessible, research-backed ways.
