Spring. The Museum Education Research Group is seeking a student to support a new project exploring Floridian’s sense of place and how that influences their environmental behaviors. Apply by November 22.

November 22 – 25. Join UF Gulf Scholars and GatorCorps to assist with hurricane recovery, network with experts, and explore one of Florida’s key cultural and natural treasures at the Florida Museum of Natural History’s Randell Research Center in Pine Island, Florida. Travel, lodging and some meals will be covered for students selected to participate. Limited spots available.

November 17. Join the McCarty Woods team to maintain the McCarty Woods area (Free t-shirts for first 100 to show up)!

November 6. Undergrads – Learn how to apply to grad school, ask questions to current graduate students, and get feedback on your resume and cover letter! Grads – Mentor undergraduate students considering a career path in science!

November 15. Whether you’re an artist eager to display your work or an art enthusiast, we encourage you to participate and be part of this creative celebration.

October 29th. Assist the Florida Museum as a facilitator for hands-on activities at the Capstone Academy and Preschool Science Day. Please express interest by October 23.
