Elle Henson is an undergraduate student in the Wildlife Ecology and Conservation department. She is an advocate for the lessening of human impacts on nature and for the education of the public in their role in environmental protection. Her career goals are centered on extension education. Elle is especially passionate about avian behavior and conservation and does research on songbird foraging dynamics.
Through her work with TESI, Elle aims to explore various methods of fostering connection between the public and nature in order to instill in others a love for the environment. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, hanging out with her cat, and exploring the outdoors.
