Alexa is a master’s student in the Department of Anthropology, specializing in historical and public archaeology. She completed her Bachelor of Science studying Anthropology and Geospatial Information Analysis. She is passionate about science communication, particularly when it comes to sharing about human-environment interactions and stories from Florida through time. Beyond this, she enjoys reading, print making, and spending time at local parks and springs.

Within TESI, Alexa will assist with Scientist in Every Florida School by coordinating scientist-teacher matches and livestream programming.
