This is the lower jaw of “Cynorca” occidentale UF234400, early to middle Miocene, 19-14.8 mya.

This extinct peccary was part of the Centenario Fauna in Panama, and is the first fossil peccary found in Panama. Read more about this fossil find in the MacFadden et al. publication in the Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology, linked here.
