Please join OMT in welcoming John Powell as the new Support Desk Supervisor. John brings nine years of IT work experience at UF, including service at the College of Public Health and Health Professions as well as the Emerging Pathogens Institute.

John is excited for the challenge of managing the Support Desk team, which handles 1,300+ requests a year, manages 600+ network connected devices, and supports ~ 500 users.
