Q1 was an very busy time in the Help Desk with 409 tickets created. An average of 136 tickets were created per month of the quarter. This is roughly a 10% increase in volume of tickets compared Q1 of 2023 which had 381 tickets created.

Tickets Closed

We are a little above the ticket demand closing 392 tickets over the duration of Q1. Our closures during this roughly the same compared to Q1 2023, 380 tickets closed. This quarter we continued our excellent level of service from last year.
