The Office of Museum Technology is pleased to announce the release of a new Photography Request system. This new form is our latest expansion of the FM Workorder Application for submitting and managing work requests within the museum, following from previous releases of Graphics, Travel, and Event Requests in the recent past. The Photo/Video Request form and the supporting request management queue works in a similar fashion to the previous Photography form, and provides an interface for the Photography team to track and update requests. To access this new Photography form, simply hover over the “New Requests” Navbar tab and click “Photo/Video Request.”

Like other department forms that have been onboarded to FM Workorder, to view, track, and update Photo/Video requests once submitted, request Owners can click “My Requests” in the Navigation Bar. This page will also contain your requests from other departments that make use of the FM Workorder system.
