The Office of Museum Technology is pleased to announce the release of a new Graphics Request System. The new graphics form and request workflow will look familiar to those who have already made use of the FM Workorder Application for Facilities, Security, and Repair requests, as that system has been expanded to support our friends in the Graphics department. This system modernizes the graphics request process and provides a streamlined interface to track and update requests.

Below is a screenshot of the new request form, which can be reached via the “Graphic Design Request” link on the intranet.

To view, track, and update your Graphics requests, request Owners can click “My Requests” in the Navigation Bar. This page will also contain your requests from other departments that make use of the FM Workorder system.
