Invertebrate Paleontology was the only site that had it’s ASP-based search pages built in to the collection website itself instead of a different directory, unlike most of the database interfaces of that era. That meant we had to wait until IP was fully ready to use their Specify portal so we could take this old site offline.

That time has finally come….so great to see both parts of their online presence up to modern standards now!
