Tickets Created

Q4 was a busy time in the Help Desk with 316 tickets created. An average of 105 tickets were created per month of the quarter. This is roughly parity with the volume of tickets Q4 of 2022 which had 301 tickets created.

Tickets Closed

We are a little above the ticket demand closing 330 tickets over the duration of Q4. Our closures during this quarter went up 30% compared to Q4 2022, 281 tickets closed, matching our increase from Q4 2021 to Q4 2022, where we also closed 30% more tickets. This quarter we continued to improve on our excellent level of service from last year.
