Q2 was a very busy time in the Help Desk with 374 tickets created. An average of 124 tickets were created per month of the quarter. This represents a roughly 17% in volume over Q2 of 2022 which had 321 tickets created.

Tickets Closed

We are providing excellent service closing 397 tickets over the duration of Q2. Our closures during this quarter were 14% higher than Q2 of 2022. This quarter we continued to improve upon our level of service from last year.
