Q1 was a very busy time in the Help Desk with 381 tickets created. An average of 127 tickets were created per month of the quarter. This represents roughly parity in volume with Q1 of 2022 which had 394 tickets created.
Tickets Closed
We are at the level of ticket demand closing 380 tickets over the duration of Q1. Our closures during this quarter were again at parity with Q1 of 2022. This quarter we continued our improved level of service from last year.
