Q4 was a busy time in the Help Desk with 301 tickets created. An average of 100 tickets were created per month of the quarter. This represents a 7% increase in volume over Q4 of 2021 which had 282 tickets created.

Tickets Closed

We are a little below the ticket demand closing 281 tickets over the duration of Q4. Our closures during this quarter went up 30% compared to Q4 2021, where we closed 216 tickets. This quarter we continued to improve on our level of service from last year.
