Tickets Created

Q3 was a very busy time in the Help Desk with 349 tickets created, an 8% increase from Q2 which was a busy summer. An average of 116 tickets were created per month of the quarter. This represents near parity in volume with Q3 of 2021 which had 341 tickets created.

Tickets Closed

We are keeping up with the ticket demand closing 360 tickets over the duration of Q3. Our closures during this quarter went up 10% compared to Q3 2021, exceeding the new ticket demand of this quarter and continuing to improve on our level of service from last year.
