Swedish dishcloths are intended to replace paper towel waste and bacteria-laden kitchen sponges, but you don’t need to limit this fantastic cloth to dish duty. It works great on many surfaces, it’s deceptively absorbent and it air dries quickly. It also can be cleaned regularly in the washing machine or top rack of the dishwasher.

Also called cellulose sponge cloths, they’re made of a combination of wood pulp and renewable cotton.
