A volunteer at our Montbrook dig site unearthed what appears to be a 5-million-year- old saber-tooth cat skull.

Volunteer Bill Buhi and vertebrate paleontology curator Jonathan Bloch talked to WUFT news about the find, and the impact on our understanding of life in early Florida and the evolution of these large predators.
