Flyer for event: Thomas Chandler - A Panel Discussion Saturday, April 20th 3:00pm to 5:00pm Join us on Saturday, April 20th as this panel explores a range of topics including recent archaeological research, clay analysis, and the impact of Chandler on the Edgefield pottery story. This event will be sure to delight pottery and history enthusiasts of all levels. The panel will include scholars and artisans like John A. Burrison, David Stuempfle, Philip Wingard, Robert Hunter, and Carl Steen. We're particularly excited about the presentation of groundbreaking research from Lindsay Bloch, who has been conducting elemental analyses of Edgefield pottery sherds. Thanks to grants from South Carolina Humanities and the National Endowment for the Arts this event is free and open to the public. Attendees can reserve their free tickets at https://bit.ly/2UrYg7F or give us a call at 803-777-7251.
