“May the fourth be with you!” To celebrate this whimsical day, we threw a STEAM Wars party on May 4th and invited everyone to show up in Start Wars-inspired costumes. From fencing and robotics, to tabletop games and painting, the day was all about STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics).
Almost 1,100 visitors got to take selfies with people in full costume and fun props, get hands-on with STEAM projects, and show off their own costumes and win prizes. A huge shout out to Mico Mestrando for the most popular kids’ event: Train like a Jedi with the Allied Capoeira League
