Gear up for fun and learning with your littles at your local library! Our Prehistoric Life series shows us the fascinating animals that roamed Florida millions of years ago with real fossils, replicas and models.

This series consists of four free, 30-minute learning sessions meant for children aged 3-5. While the four parts of the series are meant to work together, each session is designed to also offer stand-alone science fun.

If you miss one session, you can check the calendar and catch it at a different library branch. These sessions do not require pre-registration but do have limited capacity.

Exploring Fossils

In this session of the Prehistoric Life series, children will make their own fossil imprint to learn about the plants and animals that lived a long time ago and also called Florida home!
