The flowering plants and butterflies in the exhibit change regularly, making each visit unique and full of new discoveries.

You can get up close to a variety of tropical butterflies as they feed on trays of fresh cut fruit. Great photo ops!

You’ll find more than just butterflies in our Rainforest! There’s an ever-changing assortment of birds hopping and darting around through the trees.

On cool mornings, you’ll find butterflies sunbathing calmly around you. They generally begin flying when the air temperature reaches 65 degrees on sunny days.

The lush landscape is planted in tropical trees and colorful flowering plants amid waterfalls and a walking path.

The red lacewing, Cethosia biblis, is just one of the more than 50 butterfly species that can be found in the Rainforest.
