Cultivated at Majure property, ca. 1.5 mi SE of the town of Decatur off of Chapel Hill Rd. material originally from Muse Property, Chunky Creek, ca. 3 mi SE of town of Decatur off of Chapel Hill Rd. 5 mile trail beside Waterfall, 32.414035N 89.022978W, floodplain forest assoc. with Betula nigra, Quercus michauxii, Acer negundo, Fraxinus pennsylvanica, shrub to 2.5 m tall, fruit black.
