    : United States: North Carolina: Durham County. Duke forest, gate 4, Durham division. 3600.635'N , 7857.870W. Bark dark brownish gray, exfoliating in narrow plates. Oak-Hickory dominated forest. Tree height: 20 m, dbh: 15.6 cm. frequent.
