    : United States: Florida: Nassau County. Jacksonville: Pumpkin Hill Creek Preserve State Park, trail near N end of the preserve near Cabbage Palm Swamp. 3028'58.8''N, 08129'39.3"W. Mesic pine flatwoods. Terrain nearly flat. Sandy soils. MBC accessions 20050671-20050675 (Nobliek 5443 A-E) are from the same poplulation. Clustering palm to 1m in total height with ca. 6-10 spirally arranged, palmate leaves per stem. Leaf petioles 61-110 cm long x 1-1.4 cm wide with saw-like teeth. Stems prostrate. Petiole adaxially channeled and abaxially rounded. 25-30 total leaflets. Basal leatlets 29-44 cm x 1-1.4 cm wide. Middle leaflets 41-58 cm long x 3.1-3.4 cm wide. Androgynous inflorescence branching to 3 orders with 6-36 cm long, 2-2.3 cm wide x 1 cm thick peduncle and 32-55 cm long rachis. There are 5-7 primary branches measuring 5-12 cm long at the apex and 12-30 cm long at the base. Fruits black in color and 1.5-2 cm long and 1.2-1.5 cm in diameter. Seed 1.1 cm long x 0.6 cm diam.
