    : United States: Florida: Levy County. Lat. 2921'29.6"N Long. 8245'21.6"W. (NAD 27 map datum). Devil's Hammock Wildlife Management Area; ca 1/4 mile SW of the Waccasassa River bridge on FL 24 is the Southwest Entrance, take Andrews Road W 1.1 miles to junction with Bearfoot Pocket Road, then ca 1/4 mile north, ca 100' E of road. Prairie or marsh-like young pine plantation (ex bottomland forest?) with scattered wet depressions, with Rhynchospora spp., Xyris spp., Ludwigia spp., Bacopa, Fuirena, Hypericum spp., Erechtites, Mitreola, Andropogon, Hydrolea. Herb ca 1 m tall; ray flowers yellow; common.
