    : United States: Florida: Liberty County. Clump-forming herbs, abundant. Growing in a wet, shrubby pine savanna in sandy/loamy/organic mud (Plummer, Sapelo, and Pottsburg soils; loamy, siliceous, subactive, thermic Grossarenic Paleaquults, to sandy, siliceous, thermic Grossarenic to Ultic Alaquods). Growing with Andropogon sp., Calopogon barbatus, Chamaecyparis thyoides, Cliftonia monophylla, Coreopsis nudata, Cyrilla racemiflora, Dichanthelium clandestinum, Drosera capillaris, D. tracyi, Eriocaulon decangulare, Helenium vernale, Hypericum fasciculatum, Lycopodiella alopecuroides, Lyonia lucida, Magnolia virginiana, Myrica cerifera, M. inodora, Pinus elliottii, P. palustris, Rhexia alifanus, Rhynchospora spp., Sarracenia psittacina, S. rosea, Smilax laurifolia, Sphagnum spp. & Xyris spp. Along a mud "road" about 50ft E. of Rt. 65 & around 1.8mi S. of the intersection with Rt. 12 in Wilma. Apalachicola National Forest, Liberty Co. Elev. about 50ft. 30 08' 08.1"N, 84 59' 04.5"W. UTM 16 694138E, 3335525N (NAD83/WGS84).
