    : United States: Florida: Dixie County. east of Tennille; just south of Taylor county line on U.S. 19/98 go east on dirt access road 0.85 mile to another dirt road to north; then ca 900' ENE of junction through very young pine plantation (ex sandhill). Associates: Liatris graminifolia, L. pauciflora, Carphephorus corymbosus, Solidago, Croton michauxii, Cyperus retrorsus, Rhus, Rubus, Licania, Pityopsis, Pterocaulon, Eupatorium, Elephantopus, Chamaechrista, Serenoa Arching erect herb from swollen corm; flowers purple. Lat. 2946'47"N Long. 8318'30"W.
