    : United States: Florida: Charlotte County. southeast of the confluence of the Myakka River and Peace River (to form Charlotte Harbor), Punta Gorda; ca 250 m west of I-75 on County Road 768, on south side of road, northeast of a Motel 6. Degraded flatwoods remnants with Pinus elliottii, Vitis rotundifolia, Momordica charantia, Persea palustris, Serenoa repens, Rhus copallina, Schinus terebinthifolius, Syzygium jambos, Albizia lebbeck, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Bidens alba, Chamaecrista nictitans, Sporobolus indicus, Urena lobata, Dalbergia sissoo, Indigofera hirsuta, Asparagus aethiopicus. Decumbent herb; rays whitish; disks yellowish; common. Lat. 2653'34.9"N Long. 820'27.3"W Datum: NAD27.
