    : United States: Florida: Lee County. (Big) Pine Island, on west side of County Road 767 (H. Stringfellow Road) several kilometers south of junction with FL 78, 0.16 km south of junction with Turtle Trail Lane. Roadside edge of degraded mesic flatwoods with Pinus elliottii, Serenoa repens, Lyonia fruticosa, Vitis rotundifolia, Cassytha filiformis, Rhodomyrtus tomentosus, Melaleuca quinquenervia, Eryngium aromaticum, Polypremum procumbens, Acacia auriculiformis, Eucalyptus torelliana, Piloblephis rigida, Hypoxis juncea, Vaccinium myrsinites, Ludwigia maritima, Crotalaria rotundifolia, Syngonanthus flavidulus, Galactia elliottii, Quercus geminata, Hypericum cistifolium, Polygala nana, Lygodesmia aphylla, Eragrostis, Rhynchospora. Shrub ca 1 m tall; leaves slightly bluish-green; occasional. Lat. 2633'33.5"N Long. 825'46.3"W Datum: NAD27.
