    : United States: Florida: Gulf County. Apalachicola Estuary State preserve. About 5 miles south of Port St. Joe, east of the St. Joseph Peninsula. East of Hwy 30A, on State of Florida land. Small sandhill with a few old longleaf pines. Many oaks in the midstory, inlcuding Quercus laevis, Q. geminata, Q. incana. Ground cover consists of patchy Serenoa repens, Conradina canescens, Rhynchospora megalocarpa, Aristida beyrichiana, Q. minima. Lat. 29 42.183'N Long. 85 17.558'W Datum: WGS84.
