    : United States: Florida: Alachua County. Kanapaha Botanical Gardens; along the walkway outside The Herb Garden. Growing under a large sweet gum tree with Arisaema, Aspidistra, and Smilax. Plants ca. 1.2 meters tall; stem glaucous. Flower tepals red with green and white tips on the abaxial surface; adaxial surface white with dark longitudinal lines; 6 stamens with red filaments and tan to gray anthers. Leaves dark green on the upper surface, lighter green beneath. Lat. 29.61201N Long. 082.40640W Datum: WGS84. S21,T10S,R19E.
