    : United States: Florida: Alachua County. N29.61329, W082.40740 (Map Datum WGS84) (S21,T10S,R19E) Kanapaha Botanical Gardens; next to a walkway and outside the gate to the Hummingbird Garden. Cultivated. Sunny open area. Small tree ca. 10 feet tall. Flowers with a long red calyx, 2 large red petals and 2 smaller petals red on the abaxial surface, yellow on the adaxial surface.
