    : United States: Florida: Alachua County. Paynes Prairie State Preserve. S of Gainesville. Levy Grant Lot 9, NE 1/4. Go ca 1.1 km S-SE of Visitor Center parking lot to culvert under blacktop road, follow Chacalla Run 0.1-0.2 km SW into Sawgrass Pond. With Acer rubrum, Cladium jamaicense, Panicum hemitomum. Growing in rich, brown sticky muck.
