    : United States: Florida: Alachua County. S21, T9S, R20E. Gainesville. Wet flatwoods just NE of intersection of N Main St and NE 39th Ave with Pinus elliottii, Taxodium distichum var. imbricarium, Persea palustris, Magnolia virginiana, Serenoa repens, and Vitis rotundifolia. Common small tree 9 m tall. Branchlets mostly ascending rigidly, leaves appressed. Pollen cones green.
