    : United States: Florida: Pasco County. Common at lower part of ca. 45 slope with abundant water seepage, Canopy of Carya, Quercus (laurifolia, nigra, michauxii), Magnolia virginiana, Acer, and Liquidamber. Light understory of Sambucus, Carpinus, Vaccinium fuscatum, Euonymus, Itea, Rubus, Smilax, Serenoa, and Anisostichus. Herbs common near water, Thelypteris spp., Osmunda, Dryopteris, Hypolepsis, Habenaria, and Saururus. West side of County Road 579 - South (Hancart Rd.) ca. 1 1/4 miles south of State Road 52, southeast of St. Leo.
