Current Status
Randell Research Center: Our classroom and gift shop are open as of Jan. 11, with hours from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Calusa Heritage Trail: A limited portion (1000 feet) of the the Calusa Heritage Trail will be open daily for self-guided visits from sunrise to sunset starting Jan. 11. Access to the tops of the mounds and the foot bridge are prohibited at this time. Please follow on-site signage and stay on cleared paths.

The staff and volunteers at the Randell Research Center send healing thoughts to our local and regional neighbors and entire community of support following the devastating toll of Hurricane Ian. Recovery efforts are going strong for the Center and the Calusa Heritage Trail and we will update you all as we are able.
