afo-logoLab graduate student Ian Ausprey has been elected to serve as a Councilor for the Association of Field Onithologists. AFO is one of North America’s major ornithological societies and publishes the scientific journal Journal of Field Ornithology as well as specializing in outreach to Neotropical biologists. Ian has served as the liaison to the North American Banding Council for AFO since 2013.
