September was a bit of a reprieve from the beginning of the semester for the Support Desk, we were still busy however receiving 100 new ticket requests.

Tickets Closed

We made a good dent in resolving tickets with 60 tickets closed for just Natural History and 102 tickets closed by the Service Desk in September.
