November was a bit of a reprieve from the busy Fall semester with 62 new tickets.

The Help Desk continued its excellent service, using this time to catch up on many tickets, closing 73 tickets in November.
Ticket Locations
We use this location data to keep an eye on trends and adjust our technician presence as needed. You will notice that the new Wet Collections building is now in the location data and has a significant amount of our work for the month. November is the initial movement of much of the computer equipment that is being relocated to the new building. We anticipate some additional need during the beginnings of the buildings occupation, but do not expect the current level of work to carry forward after the move ins are complete.
