Tickets Created

Q2 was a very busy time in the Help Desk with 321 tickets created, an average of 107 tickets per month of the quarter. This represents a 45% increase in volume over Q2 of 2021 which had 222 tickets created.

Tickets Closed

We are keeping up with the ticket demand closing 349 over the duration of Q2. Our closures during this quarter also went up 50% compared to Q2 2021, exceeding the new ticket demand of this quarter and continuing to improve on our level of service from last year.
