The first quarter of the year is always a busy time in the Support Desk, as it contains the beginning of the Spring semester. This quarter also contains the Museum’s yearly Adobe license renewals in addition to the day to day operations of the museum.

Tickets Created

Q1 was a very busy time in the Help Desk with 394 tickets created, an average of 131 tickets per month of the quarter. This represents a 10% increase in volume over Q1 of 2021 which had 357 tickets created.

Tickets Closed

With the Help Desk nearly back at full strength we are keeping up with the ticket demand closing 395 over the duration of the first quarter. Our closures during this quarter also went up 15% compared to Q1 2021, exceeding the new ticket demand of this quarter and improving on our level of service from last year.
