The Office of Museum Technology provides many support services for the Florida Museum, but we are perhaps most well known for our Support Desk. The Support Desk is our public interface and aids our Museum colleagues with break fix, IT procurement, software licensing, routine OS and application patching, and OMT TV instructional videos.

Like many areas of the Museum, the Support Desk is a busy place to work. Just how busy? Here is a quantitative look back at support tickets closed in 2021 when the Support Desk helped facilitate the Museum’s transition back to campus.
