July 1, 2021 – September 30, 2021

The third quarter of the year was 50% more busy than Q2 with 341 tickets opened in Q3, which covered the move back to campus and the start of the fall semester. You can see this as the Resolution: In-Person tag has come to equal the Resolution: Remote Support tag over the quarter. Our ability to meet the increased needs of our colleagues was bolstered by the the Support Desk team getting back to full strength near the beginning of Q3 resulting in 331 tickets closed.
