The first quarter of the year is always a busy time in the Support Desk, as it spans the beginning of the Spring semester and the renewal of all the Museum’s Adobe licenses. 2021 was no exception. We did not have all hands on deck, as the IT Support Supervisor position was vacant for two thirds of the quarter, but we certainly were full steam ahead.
