Abstract: The International Association of Butterfly Exhibitors and Suppliers (IABES) mission is protecting wild butterflies and their habitats by promoting sustainable butterfly exhibits and their suppliers, and supporting conservation, research and public education. Through active partnerships, community building and education, IABES members are raising public awareness of environmental issues, ecological processes, and conservation both at the local and international level. IABES is the only organization in the world specifically focused on butterfly exhibition and breeding, with its members committed to ethical guidelines and having a focus and goal to protect butterflies in the wild as well as their natural habitats. Hear from breeders and exhibitors from North and South America as they share their stories of butterflies, conservation, education, and community.
